These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Wisdom mobile application ("App") created by Deontex ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Wisdom is a philosophical companion app designed to provide daily quotes, philosophical insights, and personalized wisdom analyses.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Content

The App, including its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of Deontex and its licensors.

4.2 User Content

You retain all your ownership rights to the content you post or generate in the App. However, by using the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content specifically for providing the App's services to you.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the App.
  • Use any automated system to access the App.
  • Decipher, decompile, or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide the App.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply use the "Delete Account" feature within the App settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Deontex be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App.

8. Disclaimer

Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the App will function uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Deontex is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes within the App.
